Product Registry
Zodiac will assist with the registry and/or notification process in Puerto Rico with the appropriate agencies for distribution of non-controlled and controlled substances. Zodiac will aid in meeting the regulatory requirements for submittal and registration of drug formulas or pharmaceutical products that will be sold to the public and/or to any other licensed distributor or retailer in Puerto Rico.
This includes:
​Individual product application.
​
Completion of product spreadsheet and forms as required by the Department of Health.
​
Product binder preparation for record-keeping at Zodiac’s files.
​Schedule meetings and product presentation with the Department of Health.
​
Any label change must be reported to the Department of Health five (5) days after said change. Please be advice that some changes may require re-registry of the product.
